In Tangles, Sarah Leavitt depicts her mother's battle with Alzheimer's and how it changed and touched their entire family. There are tender moments, heartbreaking scenes, honest accounts, details that show how difficult and bizarre it is to grieve for someone who is still alive. This is an amazing book.Tangles was on the short list (ten titles) for the Alberta Readers' Choice Award.
